⚠ ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
These Terms include a binding individual arbitration provision and a class action waiver that affect how disputes are resolved.
By registering an account with BetterNBolder, you explicitly agree to the following:
- Acceptance & Eligibility (§1, §3): You must be at least 18 years old. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- Account Security (§5): You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
- Acceptable Use (§7): You agree not to engage in fraud, harassment, impersonation, or any unlawful conduct on the Platform.
- User Content (§8): You retain ownership of your content but grant BetterNBolder a license to host, display, and promote it on the Platform.
- Intellectual Property (§9–§11): You may not infringe on others' IP or reverse-engineer, scrape, or clone the Platform.
- Disclaimer & Liability (§21–§22): The Platform is provided "as is." BetterNBolder's total liability is capped at $100 or the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
- Binding Arbitration (§24): Disputes are resolved by individual arbitration in Orange County, CA. You may opt out within 30 days.
- Class Action Waiver (§25): You waive the right to participate in class or representative proceedings.
- Governing Law (§26): These Terms are governed by California law.
- Entrepreneur Addendum: If you use the Platform as a business, additional terms apply regarding verification, compliance, and IP licensing.
